These terms govern your use of The Wall, a free text ad exchange for network marketers. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The Wall lets members post one short text ad per day. Additional submissions are earned by sharing a personal link and driving verified visits to the site, or through a one-tier referral program. Submission credits have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money, and exist only to control posting on this site.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use The Wall. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We don't knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account, and we may suspend or remove an account if we have reason to believe this requirement isn't met.
You sign in using your Google account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. One account per person.
Ads you post must be your own content and must link to a business opportunity or offer you have the right to promote. You may not post content that is illegal, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any ad, or suspend an account, at our discretion.
Submission credits and view-bonus credits must be earned through genuine visits and genuine referrals. Using bots, click farms, paid traffic services, or other automated or fraudulent means to inflate view counts is not allowed. We run automated checks to detect this, and we may remove credits, remove ads, or suspend accounts found to be gaming the system.
Members can flag ads they believe violate these terms. If enough distinct members flag a member's ads within a short period, that member's ads are removed and their posting is paused for a cooling-off period. If it happens again, the account is banned for 12 months. We may also remove ads or take action outside of this process at our discretion.
Nothing on this site — submission credits, referral credits, or anything else — is redeemable for cash or has any monetary value. The Wall is not an investment, income, or earnings opportunity in itself; it is a tool members use to promote their own separate businesses.
Ads on this site link to third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, offers, or practices of those sites. Follow ad links at your own judgment.
You may stop using The Wall at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Wall is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, view counts, or results from any ad posted here.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
